Order Processing

Orders placed Monday Friday (excluding holidays) before 2PM PST will typically be fulfilled and shipped within 24-72 hours. All orders received after 2PM PST will begin processing the next business day. Orders placed on Friday after 2PM PST will begin being processed the following Monday

Order cut-off times are provided as estimates.  During busy times, or after emergency events such as earthquakes or pandemics, orders may take longer to be processed.

Please keep in mind upgraded 1-day or 2-day shipping is the time it takes to be delivered after the order has been processed and shipped by Preppi.  1-day or 2-day is not the time it takes to be delivered when the order is placed.

Guaranteed Shipping

If your order does not come by the date guaranteed (as stated on the website) during the month of December, Preppi will refund you for all shipping fees paid on your order.  Please keep in mind orders have to be placed by the time specified Pacific Standard Time.

Note:  Availability of products is not guaranteed. If you have ordered an item that is not available or delayed, we will notify you via email. 

Residents of California will pay state tax on their purchase based on residing county.

Shipping Procedures

Discounted shipping or flat shipping rate is not applicable to any free or promotional orders.

Domestic orders are shipped via USPS First Class, USPS Priority, UPS, or FedEx. 

Make sure to double check your billing and shipping address when placing an order. Preppi is unable to reroute packages and is not responsible if the wrong address is accidentally entered.

Once Preppi has released the merchandise to the shipping carrier, you will assume the risk of loss and title for the merchandise.

International Shipping + Duties

Please understand Preppi is not responsible, and the customer is responsible for any and all import tariffs, taxes, or fees.  Many countries charge to import products, please understand this before purchasing to ship internationally.  Preppi cannot refund the cost of shipping if the item cannot be delivered due to import complications or restrictions at the destination country's customs department.

If you decide to refuse any shipments from Preppi, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to Preppi. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.
