Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges (if applicable)
Your satisfaction is our priority and we L-O-V-E happy customers! If you find any issue with your items please contact us within 5 days of delivery. We will help resolve the issue and/or replace the item(s).
Due to health and safety concerns (our products contain food, water, and first-aid that cannot risk being tampered with) Preppi items that contain these contents cannot be returned. Due to measures in place with COVID-19, we cannot receive any returns at this time. We cannot restock potentially contaminated merchandise once it has been out into the world. We do not resell consumable items such as food and water or first-aid supplies once they have been out into the world. Our customers do not want a product that isn't brand new and we want to only sell items we can fully guarantee quality. No refunds can be issued for any items that contain, food, water, or first-aid— ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Sale and Discounted Items
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Sale, close-out items, discounted, free, or promotional items when using a promotion code cannot be returned or refunded.
In some cases, we may exchange items if they are reported defective or damaged on their arrival. If you need to report a problem and exchange the item, send us an email at email@example.com. *We must be notified no later than 5 days of their arrival.* We will respond with instructions how to proceed.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
For international orders all sales are final. Please understand Preppi is not responsible, and the customer is responsible for any and all import tariffs, taxes, or fees. Many countries charge to import products, please understand this before shipping internationally. Preppi cannot refund the cost of shipping if the item cannot be delivered due to import complications or restrictions at the destination country's customs department.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you will vary.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can not guarantee we will receive your returned item. Tracking and Insurance is highly recommended!

By purchasing these products you are aware the food, water, first-aid and other contents provided in Preppi products are only aids in emergency preparedness and cannot guarantee survival or freedom from injury.
