Returns and Exchanges (if applicable)
In some cases, we may exchange items if they are reported defective or damaged on their arrival. If you need to report a problem and exchange the item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. We must be notified no later than 5 days of their arrival. We will respond with instructions how to proceed.
Your satisfaction is our priority! Unfortunately, due to the custom, made-to-order, and consumable contents of these products ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you will vary.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can not guarantee we will receive your returned item. Tracking and Insurance is highly recommended!
